Tariff:
- Low Season: $1,400.00 per week
- Mid Season: $1,600.00 per week (June/July Qld School Holidays)
- High Season: $2,200.00 per week (All Qld School Holidays except June/July)
- Peak Season: $2,400.00 per week (Christmas, New Year, and Easter) - 7-night minimum stay
